英語(yǔ)邀請(qǐng)信的寫(xiě)作格式
邀請(qǐng)信包括宴會(huì)、舞會(huì)、晚餐、聚會(huì)、婚禮等各種邀請(qǐng)信件,形式上大體分為兩種:一種為正規(guī)的格式 (formal correspondence),亦稱(chēng)請(qǐng)柬;一種是非正式格式 (informal correspondence), 即一般的邀請(qǐng)信。邀請(qǐng)信是在形式上不如請(qǐng)柬那樣正規(guī),但也是很考究。書(shū)寫(xiě)時(shí)應(yīng)注意:
邀請(qǐng)信一定要將邀請(qǐng)的時(shí)間(年、月、日、鐘點(diǎn))、地點(diǎn)、場(chǎng)合寫(xiě)清楚,不能使接信人存在任何疑慮。例如:“I’d like you and Bob to come to Luncheon next Friday.”這句話中所指的是哪個(gè)星期五并不明確,所以應(yīng)加上具體日期, “I’d like you and Bob to come to luncheon next Friday, May the fifth.”

They have a wonderful collection of [oil paintings of various stages]; and I understand that Mr. Lin Dun is quite an authority on [oil painting]. I’m sure you and Walter will thoroughly enjoy and evening in their company.

Dear [Mr. Harrison]:
Our new factory will be commencing production on [April 10] and we should like to invite [you and your wife] to be Psent at a celebration to mark the occasion.
As you will apPciate this is an important milestone for this organization, and is the result of continued demand for our products, both at home and overseas. We are inviting all those inpiduals and trust that you will pay us the compliments of accepting.
Please confirm that you will be able to attend by advising us of your time ?? we can arrange for you to be met. All arrangements for your stay [overnight on April 10] will, of course, be made by us at our expense.

4. 邀請(qǐng)演講 Inviting someone to address a meeting/ D: B4 z0 `( d2 x. A, }
祝賀信的寫(xiě)作格式可以比照一般書(shū)信的格式。即通常有信頭、信內(nèi)地址、稱(chēng)呼、正文、結(jié)尾 語(yǔ)、 簽名等幾個(gè)部分組成。但這里需要說(shuō)明的是根據(jù)親疏關(guān)系的不同,有些祝賀信是可以隨意一 些的。比如信內(nèi)地址有時(shí)可以省略,而信頭也大體可以寫(xiě)的簡(jiǎn)略一些。除此之外寫(xiě)祝賀信的 時(shí)候還應(yīng)該注意以下一些內(nèi)容。
寫(xiě)祝賀信要充滿熱情、喜悅,說(shuō)些鼓勵(lì)、褒揚(yáng)的話,使對(duì)方確實(shí)感到溫暖和振奮。
贊美對(duì)方切實(shí)做到實(shí)事求是,恰如其分,不要故意拔高,甚至獻(xiàn)媚,以至無(wú)法起到應(yīng)有的表 示祝賀的目的。
祝賀信要做到整潔、大方,用詞要恰當(dāng)、簡(jiǎn)練,篇幅不宜太長(zhǎng)。寫(xiě)祝賀信時(shí),所用信封和 信紙都要經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)真選擇,不能隨意對(duì)付。
