通過(guò)兩個(gè)星期的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)訓(xùn),使我們能夠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)模擬在商務(wù)活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)的各種場(chǎng)景,能夠熟悉商務(wù)活動(dòng)中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),強(qiáng)化自己的大腦思維框架,使自己能夠進(jìn)入職場(chǎng)后得心應(yīng)手。把自己在課堂中學(xué)習(xí)到的知識(shí)實(shí)際應(yīng)用在社交場(chǎng)合,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,一方面檢驗(yàn)自己是否真正學(xué)習(xí)到了知識(shí),進(jìn)一步的回顧所學(xué);另一方面也使得平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)中的零散知識(shí)綜合起來(lái),學(xué)會(huì)綜合實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
兩周的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)實(shí)訓(xùn),學(xué)習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容有:
一、練習(xí)國(guó)際音標(biāo),糾正發(fā)音
(1)元音:發(fā)音時(shí)聲帶振動(dòng)且氣流在通道上不受發(fā)音器官阻擋。有:[i:]、[i]、[e]、[?]、[ɑ:]、[u:]、[ɑi:]等20個(gè)音標(biāo)。元音可分為:?jiǎn)卧、雙元音兩大類。單元音:舌位不移動(dòng),在發(fā)音過(guò)程中沒有摩擦,不受發(fā)音器官的任何阻礙。雙元音:發(fā)音時(shí)要注意發(fā)音圓滿,舌型和唇形都要到位。
(2)輔音:發(fā)音時(shí)氣流在通路上受到發(fā)音器官阻擋。有:[p]、[t]、[k]、[θ]、[z]、[r]、[j]等28個(gè)音標(biāo)。輔音可分為:清輔音、濁輔音。發(fā)音時(shí)聲帶不振動(dòng)、送氣的叫清輔音;發(fā)音時(shí)聲帶振動(dòng)、不送氣的叫濁輔音。
二、商務(wù)活動(dòng)中各種場(chǎng)合的注意事項(xiàng)、常用句子
1、Interview
(1)注意事項(xiàng):面試是雇主為選擇合適人選而設(shè)計(jì)的,也是面試者給潛在的雇主留下的第一印象。面試者通過(guò)一些簡(jiǎn)單的事情,可以表達(dá)出自己的專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)、自信,給人留下積極主動(dòng)的印象,確保面試的成功。肢體語(yǔ)言:握手要堅(jiān)定有力,語(yǔ)音表達(dá)要清晰有力,保持眼神的接觸;自信表達(dá):盡量不要使自己受反面語(yǔ)言的影響,不要因?yàn)槿鄙俳?jīng)驗(yàn)而抱歉,應(yīng)該指出自己有能力去學(xué)習(xí);穿著和外貌:頭發(fā)整潔,指甲干凈整齊,擦亮鞋子,熨平整衣服,不要穿破的臟的皺的衣服,不要戴很多首飾;展示可信度:面試應(yīng)確保按時(shí)到達(dá),或提前幾分鐘到達(dá),讓雇主知道自己是一個(gè)能按時(shí)完成工作、與同事友好相處、值得信賴的人。
(2)常用句子:

2、Reception & Visit
(1)注意事項(xiàng):所有的商務(wù)活動(dòng)都是建立在雙方相互信任大的基礎(chǔ)上的,接待和拜訪是彼此之間相互了解的第一步,為了建立良好的商務(wù)關(guān)系,必須特別關(guān)注其中的細(xì)節(jié)。問(wèn)候:?jiǎn)柡驊?yīng)該友好和熱烈,問(wèn)候老朋友時(shí)說(shuō)”Hi, there!”,但與第一次見面的人打招呼,必須很正規(guī)說(shuō)”How do you do?”;介紹:一般都是把男性介紹給女性,把年輕的介紹給年老的,在正式場(chǎng)合,通常會(huì)在姓名前添加”Mr.”、”Miss”等頭銜;握手:握對(duì)方手時(shí),力度要適中,不能太緊,也不能太松,同時(shí)要直視對(duì)方,以表示坦率和誠(chéng)心;名片:與新客戶見面時(shí),應(yīng)該彼此交換名片,遞名片時(shí)要用雙手,不能用一只手,接到對(duì)方名片時(shí),可以先默讀一遍,不確定是否讀的準(zhǔn)確,可以請(qǐng)教對(duì)方,如果對(duì)方忘記給你名片,可以問(wèn)”How can I contact you ?”/”How can I get in touch with you ?”
(2)常用句子:

3、Meeting & Organization
(1)注意事項(xiàng):會(huì)議主要包括:準(zhǔn)備工作、會(huì)議組織、靈感啟發(fā)、結(jié)論總結(jié)。準(zhǔn)備工作是要確保所開的會(huì)議有一個(gè)明確的、一定的目標(biāo)和議程,包括房間的預(yù)定、飲食、音頻視頻設(shè)備及要提醒的事。會(huì)議組織是負(fù)責(zé)或主持會(huì)議的人或團(tuán)體,要確保各項(xiàng)議程按時(shí)和按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。靈感啟發(fā)是大家把注意力集中在細(xì)節(jié)上,抑制了與會(huì)者的自發(fā)性和積極性,通過(guò)有策略地制造討論機(jī)會(huì),吸引大家思考。結(jié)論總結(jié)是與會(huì)者必須完成了某些任務(wù),作為未來(lái)大策略的一個(gè)部分,在下次會(huì)議上得到重述和概括。
